ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 30, 2017, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 7, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Kings County," and substituting therefor the words "Suffolk County."
