Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) on appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 3, 2016, to enlarge the time of (1) Mantz Construction, LLC, and Timothy Mantz, (2) Chris Halata Painting, LLC, (3) White Electric, Inc., and (4) Allan Greenberg Architect, LLC, Allan Greenberg Interiors, Ltc., and Allan Greenberg, to serve and file their respective briefs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that on or before September 28, 2017, Mantz Construction Construction and Timothy Mantz shall serve and file a brief in reply on its appeal and in response to the briefs filed by Chris Halata Painting, LLC and White Electric, Inc., on their cross appeals, on or before October 13, 2017, Chris Halata Painting, LLC, White Electric, Inc., and Allan Greenberg Architect, LLC, Allan Greenberg Interiors, Ltc., and Allan Greenberg, shall serve and file their respective reply briefs, and the application is otherwise denied.
