ORDERED that the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated March 24, 2017, and July 20, 2017, respectively, in the above-entitled proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated May 31, 2016, are amended by (1) deleting from the caption thereof Index Number "1060/16," and substituting therefor Index Number "421/16," and (2) deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 16, 2016," and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated May 31, 2016."
