| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief in Russian on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 22, 2016, and to appoint a Russian translator to translate the brief into English.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant is granted leave to serve and file a supplemental brief, in English, the appellant shall serve one copy and file nine copies of the supplemental pro se brief, if any, on or before September 7, 2017, and the motion is otherwise denied.
