| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Raj Thakur from five orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, three dated May 11, 2017, one dated May 12, 2017, and one dated May 23, 2017.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated May 11, 2017, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-06704 and the appeal from the order dated May 23, 2017, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from an order that is not the result of a motion made on notice (see CPLR 5701), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated May 11, 2017, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-06709, and the appeal from the order dated May 12, 2017, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511).
