Motion by Diane Clark, also known as Diane Kamen Clark, to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 19, 2016, and to consolidate that appeal with an appeal from an order of the same court dated May 17, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated December 19, 2016, is granted, and the time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until October 10, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
