Application by the respondent Miguel Feliciano pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated June 3, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the time for the respondent Miguel Feliciano to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 11, 2017, the brief of the respondent Miguel Feliciano shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
