| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 5, 2016, and a judgment of the same court entered March 16, 2016, to enlarge the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 10, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before September 11, 2017, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement appendix and replacement brief that does not contain or refer to matter dehors the record; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 10, 2017, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
