An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on October 25, 2016, and the attorney for the children having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Ruthanne G. Sanchez, Esq., sworn to July 24, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
