Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Rebecca L. Davison-March, Esq., sworn to July 24, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of David J. Pajak, Esq., dated July 24, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that petitioner-respondent submit ten copies of its brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before September 20, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
