Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to compel production of transcripts is granted, and Melvin Tapper is directed to produce and file stenographic transcripts of the minutes of the December 14, 2015 court appearance or a written statement that no minutes were taken by him on such date on or before September 11, 2017, and it is further

ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to November 8, 2017.
