DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 13, 2016. Separate motion by the appellant to extend the appellant's time to file reply papers in connection with the motion, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to extend the appellant's time to file reply papers and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to extend the appellant's time to file reply papers is granted and the reply papers are deemed timely served and filed; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until September 25, 2017, the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied.
