Motion by Houston Casualty Company and Professional Indemnity Agency, Inc., inter alia, for leave to renew their prior motion for the Court to so-order a certain stipulation of discontinuance executed by them and the appellants-respondents, on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered November 24, 2014, and an appeal from an order of the same court entered April 15, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
