An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 17, 2017, And an order of a Justice of this Court, dated April 4, 2017, having granted an interim stay of the order being appealed, And petitioners-appellants having moved for a stay of the order being appealed, for reinstatement of a prior preliminary injunction, and for an expedited appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect

to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

it is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the interim stay granted by order of a Justice

of this Court, dated April 4, 2017, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, on condition that petitioners-appellants perfect said appeal on or before October 2, 2017

for the December 2017 Term. The motion is otherwise denied. ENTERED: August 15, 2017
