| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the nonparty-appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 19, 2016, an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated August 10, 2016, and an order of the same court dated May 22, 2017, to stay restraining notices on his bank accounts and to consolidate the appeals from the order dated July 19, 2016, and the order and judgment with the appeal from the order dated May 22, 2017. Separate motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeals from the order dated July 19, 2016, and the order and judgment dated August 10, 2016, on the ground that the record is inadequate or, in the alternative, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order dated May 22, 2017, and papers constituting the record for that order. Cross motion by the nonparty-appellant to enlarge the record to include certain documents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions and the cross motion are denied.
