Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 9, 2014, to appoint Charles Cavagnero III as personal representative of the estate of Philip Ragusa, and for other related relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking appointment of a fully qualified personal representative in the proper forum and then seeking substitution of that personal representative in this Court.
