DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve assigned counsel on appeals from an amended judgment and a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, both rendered October 14, 2015, for the assignment of new counsel, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to relieve assigned counsel and for the assignment of new counsel are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before October 10, 2017; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
