The People, etc., respondent,

v Antonio Lopez, appellant.

(Ind. No. 2282/15)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Antonio Lopez from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 16, 2017. By order to show cause dated May 8, 2017, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should not be dismissed on the ground that the order was not appealable as of right and leave to appeal had not been granted.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10; 450.15).

CHAMBERS, J.P., ROMAN, COHEN and HINDS-RADIX, JJ., concur.
