The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Etan Leibovitz, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered November 13, 2015. Separate motion by appellant to relieve assigned counsel and substitute other counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motion for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief is granted and the supplemental brief shall be served and filed within 30 days of the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motion to relieve assigned counsel and substitute other counsel

is denied.
