Motion by appellant, in effect, to reinstate an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 13, 2016, which appeal was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this court dated June 15, 2017, and to reinstate a stay which was granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated September 7, 2016 and extended by decisions and orders on motion of this court dated February 14, 2017 and April 7, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal and the stay are reinstated on the condition that the appeal be perfected by October 6, 2017; otherwise, the motion is denied.
