Motion by appellant on an appeal from a final judgment of the City Court of Middletown, Orange County, entered April 18, 2017, to modify a decision and order on motion of this court dated July 3, 2017 so as to, among other things, delete the deposit requirement contained therein.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the stay contained in this court's decision and order on motion dated July 3, 2017 is vacated.
