DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to substitute retained counsel for assigned counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered June 22, 2016. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 29, 2016, the appellant was granted poor person relief and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:

and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before September 5, 2017, retained counsel shall advise the Court, in writing, if retained counsel is adopting the brief filed by former assigned counsel, or make a motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental or replacement brief.
