DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, in effect, to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 25, 2012, which granted poor person relief and assigned counsel with respect to an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered February 10, 2012, under Indictment No. 562/11, and a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 4, 2016, which, inter alia, relieved former assigned counsel and assigned new counsel with respect to that appeal, to reflect that poor person relief and assignment of counsel are also granted with respect to appeals from two judgments of the same court also rendered February 10, 2012, under Indictment Nos. 717/11 and 937/11.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated July 25, 2012, and November 4, 2016, are amended to reflect that poor person relief and assignment of counsel are also granted with respect to the appeals from the judgments rendered February 10, 2012, under Indictment Nos. 717/11 and 937/11.
