On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 16, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal and cross appeal from a money judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 15, 2016, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
