| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by the appellants Nadubeethi Jayaram, Syed Hussaini, and C. Stephan Kwon, and the appellants Steven M. Green, Steven Green, M.D., P.C., and Martin A. Posner to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated September 30, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal by the appellant Richmond University Medical Center is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are granted, and the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
