ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents-appellants City of New York and New York City Department of Transportation and separate application by the defendants third-party plaintiff-respondent-appellant Conti of New York, LLC, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated September 7, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the applications are granted, the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents-appellants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until September 14, 2017, and the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents-appellants' briefs, including the points of argument on the cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), shall be served and filed on or before that date.
