| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated January 31, 2012 (People v Baugh, 91 AD3d 965), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 5, 2009. The prior application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated December 14, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
