| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Temmi Kramer, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order to show cause of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 16, 2017, to stay enforcement of temporary restraining orders contained in the order to show cause, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and to impose a sanction upon David Kramer's counsel. Separate motion by Temmi Kramer, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of the temporary restraining orders contained in the order to show cause dated June 16, 2017, to strike the affidavit of David Kramer filed in opposition to her motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal, and to impose sanctions upon him and his counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to strike the affidavit of David Kramer and to impose sanctions are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
