Motion by Phillip Calenda for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 20, 2017, and to stay all proceedings concerning an award of attorney's fees referenced in the order dated June 20, 2017, pending hearing and determination of two orders of the same court dated October 7, 2016, and February 1, 2017, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
