Respondent having moved to strike appellant's brief and two appendices filed on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on May 19, 2016, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Kathleen M. Treasure, Esq., dated July 7, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Hongxing Yin dated July 16, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appendices to claimant's brief, and any reference to the appendices in claimant's brief, are hereby deemed stricken, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that respondent's brief shall be filed on or before September 25, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept the briefs for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that reply briefs, if any, are to be filed on or before October 10, 2017, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
