Motion by Nella Manko, inter alia, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 16, 2011, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 13, 2010. By order on application of this Court dated October 21, 2011, the appeal by Lenox Hill Hospital was marked withdrawn.
