(Docket No. P-2032-15)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Separate appeals by Fahima A., Shah A. , and Akif A. from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated September 29, 2016. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 5, 2017, the time for Shah A. to serve and file a brief on the appeals was enlarged until August 7, 2017. Shah A. has failed to serve and file a brief.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals by Shah A. are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to serve and file a brief in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.

CHAMBERS, J.P., HALL, HINDS-RADIX and MALTESE, JJ., concur.
