Appeal by Patrick M. McGorman from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated May 25, 2017.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated August 7, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 25, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Kings County" and substituting therefor the words "Orange County."
