In the Matter of Minerva Santos, respondent,

v Victoria Sanchez, appellant.

(Docket Nos. V-236-16/16A, V-7920-15/16A,

V-11795-15/16A)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Victoria Sanchez from a purported order of the Family Court, Westchester County, which denied the appellant's motion to dismiss for lack of standing. By order to show cause dated June 14, 2017, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that no order was issued in the above-entitled proceedings which denied the appellant's motion to dismiss for lack of standing and/or on the ground that the notice of appeal does not adequately identify the order appealed from.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 2219; 5515).

DILLON, J.P., COHEN, DUFFY, CONNOLLY and CHRISTOPHER, JJ., concur.
