Motion by the petitioner-appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 3, 2017, as directed the return of the subject child to the care and custody of the mother, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
