| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 19, 2017, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated June 9, 2016. Separate motion by the appellant to strike the respondent's affirmation in opposition to the appellant's motion, inter alia, to vacate, and to impose a sanction upon the respondent's counsel. Cross motion by the respondent, inter alia, to preclude the appellant from filing further motions in this Court in connection with the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions and the cross motion are denied.
