Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recuse certain Justices of this Court on appeals from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 21, 2014, and two orders of the same court dated January 12, 2015, and February 5, 2015, respectively, or, in the alternative, to transfer venue of the appeal to another Department of the Appellate Division.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
