"Jane" Despaign pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 8, 2016, and separate application by the respondent Sgt. Sharon Soler for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until September 25, 2017, and the applicants' respective briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
