Motion by Lester & Associates, P.C., to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 2, 2017, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both entered August 20, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 2, 2017, is deemed timely served in accordance with the decision and order on motion dated March 2, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before September 29, 2017, the appellants shall advise the Court, in writing, whether they have retained new counsel or whether they are proceeding pro se, and, if no response is received, the appellants shall be deemed to be proceeding pro se on the record and briefs filed with this Court.
