DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Charona Zungia from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated February 9, 2016. By order on certification of this Court dated June 28, 2016, Paul G. Callagy, 13 Westview Terrace, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603, 845-240-2526, was assigned as the attorney for the children on the appeal. By decision and order of this Court dated May 31, 2017, the order dated February 9, 2016, was reversed, insofar as appealed from. The respondent has moved, in effect, for leave to reargue the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the attorney for the children is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as the attorney for the children to serve and file opposition or to take any action with respect to the motion, in effect, for leave to reargue the appeal, if she be so advised:
