It is further Ordered that respondent-appellant's motion which seeks an enlargement of time is granted, on condition that appeal is perfected by no later than Nov. 2017 term - filing deadline is Sept. 13, 2017.

It is also further Ordered that petitioner-respondent's motion is denied.

In the event of respondent-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, petitioner-respondent may move, on five days notice for an order vacating the stay.
