Stachowski, Esq. dated July 25, 2017, the affidavit of David H. Tait sworn to July 25, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion seeking to dismiss said appeals is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion seeking an extension of time pursuant to CPL 460.30 is dismissed as unnecessary.
