Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Vernon Thomas sworn to July 25, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 17, 2017 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date June 16, 2017 and inserting in place thereof the date September 28, 2017.
