| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend his time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 22, 2016, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 8, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix containing the papers submitted by the parties in connection with the motion that resulted in the order dated April 8, 2016, is extended until September 29, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 30, 2017, and the respondent's brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
