| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Jonathan Rosenzweig and Diversified Agency, Inc., on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 30, 2016, and a judgment of the same court dated January 17, 2017, for leave to reargue their opposition to a motion by the respondent to dismiss their appeal on the ground that they are not aggrieved, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 14, 2017. Separate motion by the respondent to strike the brief filed by Jonathan Rosenzweig and Diversified Agency, Inc., on the ground that they are no longer appellants on the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by Jonathan Rosenzweig and Diversified Agency, Inc., is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the respondent is granted, and the brief filed by Jonathan Rosenzweig and Diversified Agency, Inc., is stricken.
