Respondent-respondent mother, Epifania C., having moved for leave to respond, as a poor person, to the appeal taken from an Order of Fact-Finding of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about May 19, 2015, and from an Order of Disposition of said Family Court, entered on or about February 17, 2016,
