Appeals having been taken to this Court by plaintiff-appellant from orders of the Supreme Court New York County, entered on or about October 25, 2016 and April 13, 2017, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for consolidation of the aforesaid appeals and for an enlargement of time to perfect such appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting plaintiff-appellant to prosecute the consolidated appeals upon 9 copies of one record and one set of plaintiff-appellant's points covering the consolidated appeals.
