It is Ordered that the motions returnable August 18, 2017 and August 29, 2017 are consolidated for disposition.
It is further Ordered that respondent-appellant's motion for an enlargement of time is granted on the condition that the appeal is perfected by no later than the November 2017 term - the filing deadline is September 13, 2017. Petitioners-respondents' motion is granted only to the extent of vacating the stay. The remainder of the petitioners-respondents' motion is denied. In the event of respondent-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, petitioners-respondents may move, on five days notice for an order vacating the stay.
