Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 17, 2017. The order, insofar as appealed from, denied appellant's motion, in effect, for leave to reargue a prior motion for a stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal is dismissed, as no appeal lies from a denial of reargument; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied as academic.
