Appeal from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, Fourth District, entered June 6, 2017. The order granted appellants' motion to dismiss the above-enumerated District Court docket numbers.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, as appellants are not aggrieved by the order appealed from and on the further ground that no appeal lies from an order arising out of a criminal proceeding absent specific statutory authorization (see CPL 450.10; 450.15; People v Santos, 64 NY2d 702, 704 [1984]; People v Herrara, 171 AD2d 85, 87 [1991]).
